	Rooms 5, 11, & 12 offer condo style accommodations with a queen bed plus bunk beds in the bedroom. There is a full bathroom in all these units with the exception of a “shower” in units 11 & 12. All units offer a large fully equipped kitchen, separate living area with sofa/futon bed, coffee table & TV. These well sized rooms offering private decks with deck furniture and sun umbrellas dovetailed with an expansive view of the lake and valley. Off Season Rates from $70.00 per night. 	Rooms 1 & 10 are our very popular are our lakefront units. Both offer a queen size bed in a private bedroom with sofa/futon bed in the living room. Each is complimented with a full bathroom & fully equipped kitchen complete with a lovely gas fireplace. There are air conditioners in these rooms for our summertime patrons. 	Rooms 2, 3, 4 are on the bottom floor adjacent the pool. Rooms 6, 7, 8 & 9 located on the second floor overlook the pool area and offer magnificent views of the lake and surrounding valley. Rooms include a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchens complimented with a separate bedroom containing bunk beds, and a queen bed in the living room. Rooms 7, 8 and 9 also have nice cozy gas fireplaces for winter Snowbirds (all rooms have air conditioners). Off Season Rates from $65.00 per night. 	Remodeled Studio 11A: Offers a kitchen with heat plate, fridge, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. This room has one Queen, 1/2 bath (shower), cable TV & AC. RESERVATION INFORMATION... (the fine print).

Room rates are based per room regardless of the number of guests being accommodated.
Fire regulations permit (where applicable) a maximum of 6 (six) guests per room.
We don't want to interrupt your privacy so, there is no daily housekeeping. There is a linen closet located on the bottom floor (adjacent Room 4) and one on the second floor (adjacent Room 6) where guests can exchange towels and other linens. The linen closets are open from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Monday's, Wednesday's & Fridays. This way "your holiday experience" is "your holiday experience."
Check In Time: 3:00 pm.
Check Out Time: 10:00 am.
NO PETS....(managers own a boarder collie and he (Ben) is on the property & he's friendly).
One night's deposit is required at time of booking.
Cancellations (for any reason) is one night's deposit. Cancellation fee's are applicable for the months of May, June, July, August and the September long weekend.
Prices do not include GST (5%) or Provincial Hotel Sales Tax (10%).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash.
All of our rooms are non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available at the entrance to the resort.
Due to the secluded location of our resort, boat trailer parking is not permitted on-site. There is free "gated & secure" boat trailer parking located just 5 minutes away.
Full payment for entire length of stay reserved, will be collected at time of check in.
NO REFUNDS will be issued should you change the length of your stay.
