Our 2012 monthly rates are:
Condo's: $672.00 per month. No Tax.
Family Units: $560.00 per month. No Tax.
Snowbird Features include:

• Lake & valley views.
• One bedroom suites (some with gas fireplaces).
• Electricity.
• Heat.
• Cable TV (70 channels plus 2 movie channels).
• Equipped kitchens include fridge, stove, oven and microwave.
• Laundry facilities (at no additional charge).
• Free Secure Wireless internet.
• Gas BBQ's.
• * Our Snowbird rates are available from October through to May 31.
• Small pets are permitted in the SNOWBIRD SEASON ONLY.
• Pets are not permitted on Resort lawn or beach area.
• Pets are not permitted in Condo's 5 or 11. No aggressive pets permitted.

We offer weekly rates during the Snowbird season for the amount of $399.00 per week plus applicable taxes of 12%.

We have phone jacks available in all rooms, so yes you can have Telus hook you up.
