April 27, 2012 - OUR OUTDOOR HEATED POOL IS OPEN!
Located in the heart of Desert Wine Country, away from the crowded motel strip, situated on the west side of lake Osoyoos lies a little holiday oasis entitled The Destiny Beach Resort. A restful family holiday orientated motel that looks forward to welcoming you.
Situated in a quiet suburban cul-de-sac,(we have neighbours - not other hotels) the Destiny Beach Resort offers all of the amenities one would expect while vacationing in British Columbia's Southern Okanagan. By virtue of our serene setting, families and couples alike can relax and find a place to gravitate and reconnect.
While being an older dated property (everything works and we are clean) you can swim in the lake from our private beach, snooze in the lounge chairs, plunge in the pool, relax in the Gazebo's, prepare your feast on the BBQ's, enjoy a relaxing massage, pamper yourself with a nourishing facial massage, or take a nice leisurely stroll through town. Guests have often commented that we bring the feel of a laid back motel only found in off the beaten tracks of Mexico. These are but a few of the simple serenity offerings that makes Destiny one of the most enchanting family and couple properties in Osoyoos.

Our semi-arid climate produces very hot, dry days in the summer and very mild days in the winter. Osoyoos Lake is the warmest fresh water lake in Canada and provides for great summer & winter time activities.
We boast having a very long golf season that can be experienced on one of two golf courses located in Osoyoos and several others just a short drive away.
We're located just 2 minutes from the USA border, and there is a Texaco station right across the line. It's where we fill up. As of April 2012, prices are about $4.07 a gallon that when converted to Canadian equates to about $1.10 a litre. So remember to pack your passport.
